p444 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to p444. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member" or "you") and p444 ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). By creating an account on p444, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any part of the platform in any way, you are confirming that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use p444. We strongly encourage every player to read this document before registering. It is written in plain English with Pakistani players in mind — not in the kind of dense legal language designed to confuse you. However, these Terms do carry legal weight and they govern everything that happens on p444.

2 Eligibility

To register and use p444, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. p444 does not permit any person under 18 to hold an account or participate in any form of betting or gaming on the platform. Age verification checks will be carried out as part of our KYC process.
• You must be accessing p444 from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited for personal use. It is your responsibility to confirm this based on where you are located.
• You must not have been previously banned, suspended or excluded from p444 under any prior account or username.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws that apply to you.
• You must not be registering on behalf of another person or as a representative of a third party without explicit written permission from p444.

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one (1) account on p444. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in your account being permanently closed.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. p444 will never ask for your password through any support channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact p444 support immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

p444 operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in line with its compliance obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a CNIC or passport — before processing withdrawals or when requested by our compliance team. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in your withdrawal being delayed or your account being temporarily restricted.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on p444 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). p444 supports deposits and withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts are shown in the Cashier section of your account.

4.1 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your p444 PKR wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. p444 does not apply any deposit fees, though your mobile wallet or bank may charge its own transaction fees — please check with your payment provider directly.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing via a payment account belonging to someone else is not permitted and will result in a compliance review of your account.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, in line with anti-money-laundering requirements. Withdrawal processing times are typically under five minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash during normal operating hours, and up to 24 hours for bank IBFT transfers.

p444 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed if your account has active bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements.

4.3 Unspent Bonus Balances

If a withdrawal request is submitted while a bonus is active on your account and wagering requirements have not been met, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited in line with the bonus terms that applied when the bonus was claimed.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

p444 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits and tournament-specific promotions such as PSL specials. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms — wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds and expiry periods — which are displayed at the point of claiming the bonus.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer is available once per member, per household and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be used before real money funds when making bets, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds are credited as bonus balance until wagering requirements are fully met.
• p444 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms or cancel a bonus that has been claimed if evidence of abuse or exploitation of the offer is found.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged or withdrawn as cash directly — they must be converted through the wagering process.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling Rs 10,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable real money. The specific multiplier for each bonus is displayed in its individual terms.

6 Betting Rules

When you place a bet on p444, you are entering into a binding agreement to wager the stated amount at the stated odds on the stated outcome. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed, cancelled or reversed by you except where the Cash Out feature is available and exercised before the relevant event concludes.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

p444 reserves the right to decline any bet, or to accept bets up to a specified maximum stake, at its sole discretion. Maximum stake limits vary by market, sport and event. The bet slip will display the maximum accepted stake for any given selection before you confirm the wager.

6.2 Odds Changes

Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. If the odds on a selection change between the time you add it to your bet slip and the time you confirm the bet, p444 will notify you of the change. You may choose to accept the new odds or remove the selection.

6.3 Void Bets & Abandoned Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, cancelled or does not reach the required completion threshold to produce an official result, bets on that event will typically be voided and stakes returned. In the case of rain-affected cricket matches where a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) result is officially declared, bets stand on that official result unless specifically stated otherwise in the market rules.

6.4 Error in Odds

If a manifest error occurs and odds are published at an incorrect price — due to a technical fault, data feed error or human error — p444 reserves the right to void bets placed at the incorrect odds and return stakes to the member's account. This applies even if the event has already settled.

7 Casino & Games

p444's casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, baccarat, roulette and all other RNG-based games — are operated using certified software from licensed game providers. All RNG games undergo independent testing to confirm fairness and randomness. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information screen.

7.1 Game Availability

p444 reserves the right to add, modify, suspend or remove any game at any time without prior notice. If a game is removed while you have an active wagering requirement that included that game, p444 will make reasonable efforts to allow you to complete wagering on an equivalent game type.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game — including disconnection, software error or game interruption — p444 will attempt to resolve the issue and restore your game to the last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, the affected game round will be voided and your stake returned. p444 is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues outside its control.

7.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games on p444 are operated by third-party studio providers. These games use physical equipment — real cards, real roulette wheels — in a studio environment. Results are determined by actual physical outcomes, not RNG software. The applicable game rules for each live table are displayed within the game interface.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on p444. Engaging in any of them is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human tool to access, interact with or place bets on p444.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, odds pricing error or system vulnerability for financial gain.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus or promotion more than once.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of collusion that could affect the outcome of an event you have bet on.
• Using funds obtained through illegal means to make deposits on p444 (money laundering).
• Sharing, selling or transferring your account to any other person.
• Allowing a person under 18 to use your account in any capacity.
• Placing bets using inside information not available to the general public.
• Harassing, threatening or engaging in abusive behaviour towards any p444 staff member or other player through any communication channel.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

p444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe these Terms have been breached, or if required to do so for compliance, legal or regulatory reasons.

9.1 Member-Initiated Closure

You may close your p444 account at any time by contacting support at support@p444.im. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled according to the normal process and any remaining real money balance (minus any active bonus that has not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your payment method. Please allow up to five business days for the closure process to complete.

9.2 p444-Initiated Suspension

If p444 suspends your account, you will be notified via the contact details on your account. During a suspension investigation, access to your account and any pending withdrawals will be paused. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, full access will be restored and any delayed withdrawal will be processed promptly.

10 Responsible Gaming

p444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help members manage their gaming activity. These tools are available to every member through their account settings at no cost and without any impact on the account's normal functionality.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling period to increase.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from p444 for a set number of days, during which your account will be suspended from betting and casino activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from p444 for a period of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanently. During exclusion, you will not be able to access betting features or receive promotional communications.

11 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage and use of your personal data by p444 is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, available at p444.im/privacy-policy. By registering on p444, you also agree to the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• p444 collects data necessary for account operation, KYC compliance, fraud prevention and service improvement.
• p444 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is stored securely with 256-bit SSL encryption protecting all transmissions.
• You have the right to request a copy of the data p444 holds about you by contacting support.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on p444 — including but not limited to the platform design, logo, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, data and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of p444 or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use p444 solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any part of p444's content without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of p444's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p444 shall not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from your betting or gaming decisions.
• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device malfunction or any factor outside p444's direct control.
• Consequential, indirect or incidental losses of any kind arising from your use of p444.
• Any failure of a third-party payment provider to process a transaction within normal timeframes.

p444 does not make any warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary unavailability. p444 will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to communicate maintenance periods in advance where possible.

14 Changes to These Terms

p444 reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, p444 will notify registered members via email or through an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required immediately for legal, security or regulatory reasons.

Continued use of p444 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using p444 and contact support to close your account. Existing settled bets are not affected by Terms changes applied after the time of bet placement.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute between you and p444, we ask that you first contact our support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. The majority of account and settlement disputes are resolved within 72 hours through this channel.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings. p444 takes every complaint seriously and will provide a full written response to any formal dispute within 14 business days of receipt.
