Account & Registration

Registering on p444 takes about 90 seconds. Go to p444.im/register, enter your Pakistani mobile number, full name, date of birth and a secure password. Confirm that you are 18 or older and agree to the Terms. Hit the Register button and you will receive a one-time OTP via SMS to verify your number. Enter the OTP and your account is live — you can make your first deposit immediately. There is no charge to register.

You must be 18 years old or older to register and use p444. This is a hard requirement. Age is verified as part of the KYC process before your first withdrawal. If p444 discovers that an account belongs to an under-18, the account is permanently closed and any remaining balance is handled in line with compliance obligations.

No — p444 operates a strict one account per person policy. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under different names, mobile numbers or devices — to claim bonuses more than once is a violation of the Terms and Conditions. All associated accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited if duplicate accounts are detected.

On the login page, tap "Forgot your password?" below the password field. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and p444 will send a one-time reset code via SMS. Enter the code, choose a new password and log in. If you are not receiving the SMS, check your number is correct and contact support@p444.im for further assistance.

KYC stands for Know Your Customer. Before your first withdrawal, p444 asks you to upload a clear photo of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) to confirm your identity and age. This is a one-time process — once verified, you will never be asked again. KYC protects you from fraud and is standard practice across all legitimate online betting platforms. The process typically takes under 24 hours once your CNIC image is submitted.

To close your p444 account, email support@p444.im with the subject line "Account Closure Request" from the email or mobile associated with your account. Any remaining PKR balance will be refunded to your registered payment method before the account is closed. If you want to take a break rather than permanently close, consider using the self-exclusion or cooling-off tools instead.
Deposits & Payments

Log in to your p444 account and go to the Cashier section. Select Easypaisa as your payment method. p444 will display a registered Easypaisa number and the exact amount to send in PKR. Open your Easypaisa app, select "Send Money" and transfer the specified amount to the p444 number. Once confirmed, your p444 PKR wallet is credited within seconds. Always use the number and amount shown — do not send to any other number.

Yes — JazzCash is fully supported on p444. The process is the same as Easypaisa: go to Cashier, select JazzCash, transfer the specified amount to the p444 JazzCash number shown on screen. Funds appear in your PKR wallet within seconds of the transfer being confirmed. JazzCash deposits have the same minimum limit as Easypaisa — currently Rs 200.

The minimum deposit on p444 is Rs 200 for all payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash and bank IBFT. There is no maximum deposit limit set by p444, though your payment provider (e.g. Easypaisa) may have their own daily transaction limits.

p444 accepts the following Pakistani payment methods:

Withdrawals

Log in to your p444 account, go to the Cashier and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred withdrawal method (most players use the same method as their deposit), enter the amount in PKR and confirm. For Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals, funds are typically processed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to 2 hours. You must have completed KYC before making your first withdrawal.

Most JazzCash withdrawals from p444 are processed within 5 minutes during standard operating hours (8am–midnight). Withdrawals requested late at night may take slightly longer but are always processed before the next morning. If your withdrawal is still pending after 30 minutes, contact live support with your withdrawal reference number.

The minimum withdrawal amount on p444 is Rs 500. This applies to all withdrawal methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and bank IBFT. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit from p444's side, though your payment provider's own limits will apply.

Withdrawals can be declined for a few reasons: (1) KYC has not been completed — you need to verify your CNIC first; (2) you have an active bonus with remaining wagering requirements — the bonus funds portion cannot be withdrawn until requirements are met; (3) you are withdrawing to a different account name than your registered p444 name — for security, withdrawal accounts must match your p444 registration details. Click on the odds for your selection and it will be added to your bet slip on the right. Enter your stake amount in PKR, review the potential return and click "Place Bet" to confirm. Your bet appears immediately in your open bets list.

Account Security

Log in to your p444 account and go to Account Settings, then Security. Toggle on two-factor authentication. From that point, every login will require an OTP sent to your registered mobile number in addition to your password. Log in and go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. Select "Deposit Limits" and choose daily, weekly or monthly. Enter your limit amount in PKR and confirm. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases require a 24-hour waiting period before they take effect — this is intentional, giving you time to reconsider. There is no charge to set limits and they can be adjusted at any time.

Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. You have two options: Cooling-Off (24 hours to 30 days — account is suspended but not permanently closed) and Self-Exclusion (6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanent).
